When will the application period be open/closed?

The application period might vary each year, according to the Network needs. The best way to know the exact days is by checking here, the ESN Awards Wiki Page or the emails sent by ESN Awards Team.

For which category should I apply?

Among the tools provided by the ESN Awards team, you can find a booklet where we describe each category, in order for you to decide which one fits the best for your application.

Is it possible to apply for more than one category with the same initiative?

As current rules of ESN Awards state, you can’t apply in more than one category with the same initiative! You can check the rules here.

Can I apply with events organised in 2023?

No, for ESN Awards 2025 edition you must apply with events organised between January 1st 2024 and December 31st 2024.

Do all of the activities which we want to apply with have to be registered on activities.esn.org?

No, we recommend it if it's possible to register them on activities.esn.org but it is not mandatory.

Are there any more guides related to the ESN Awards? Documents, good practices?

For the cooperation category what are the limitations about the organisation we did a cooperation with?

For Cooperation Award you can apply with an initiative organised between Local ESN Sections or ESN National Organisations. Cooperations with organisations beyond ESN are very welcome, but not accepted for the Cooperation Award.
